Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. /:Cel�l►`i17:1 The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Inmate Telephone Services for the period beginning February 15, 2012 and ending February 14, 2015 and authorize the County Judge to sign contract and all necessary documents. (EM) (CM) 5. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve Addendum 1 to the Insurance and Risk Management Consultant Services RFP. (CM) 6. Hear from Donnie Montemayor regarding the appointment of a County Extension Agent- Agriculture/Natural Resources for Calhoun County and take any action deemed necessary. (MP) 7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Calhoun County Library Director to Apply for Tocker Foundation Grant in the amount of $7,030.80. (NC) 8. Approval of Appointment of new Library Board Members. (NC) 9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on the following Policies for the Calhoun County Library system: (1) Registration of Patrons Policy (2) Circulation of Materials Policy (3) Protection of Copyright Policy (4) Materials other Than English Policy (5) Sexual Harassment Policy (6) Library Programs Policy 10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Contract between Envirotech Carriers, Inc. and the Calhoun County Health Department and authorize County Judge to sign. (KD) 11. Executive Session: The Commissioners' Court shall go into Executive Session as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551. Following is the subject matter of the Executive Session and the Specific Section of the Open Meetings Act permitting discussion/deliberation in Executive Session. Section 551.087. (1) To Discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or (2) To deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described by Subdivision (1). 15. Public Hearing regarding designation of Formosa Plastics Corporation, Texas Reinvestment Zone #12-01 and granting tax abatement. (MP) 16. Consider and Take Necessary Action on designation of Formosa Plastics Corporation, Texas as Reinvestment Zone #12-01. (MP) 17. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Application for Tax Abatement Agreement with Formosa Plastics Corporation, Texas. (MP) 18. Accept reports of the following County Offices: i.
