(NF) Consider and Take Necessary Action on Education Affiliation Agreement between the Victoria College and Calhoun County Emergency Medical Services for Allied health students and authorize Henry Barber to sign. (HB) Public Hearing concerning Petition to Vacate Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4; Block 2, Caracol Section II as recorded in Volume Z, Page 731 of the Plat Records of Calhoun County, Texas. (KF) 8.
