10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann
Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of October 13, 201t, October 27, 201k, November 10, 2011, November
21, 201 1 and February 6, 2012Meetings.
5. Hear report from Calhoun County Historical Commission. (MP)
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award RFP for Insurance and Risk Management
Services and authorize the County Judge to sign all necessary documents and contracts.

7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Contract between Jacosoft, LLC (Deltalert)
Emergency Notification System and Calhoun County and authorize the County Judge to
sign. (LT)
Consider and Take Necessary Action on Technical Service Support Agreement with
Physio Control and authorize Henry Barber to sign. (HB)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Carson & Barnes Circus Company to
occupy Fair Grounds lot on April 10, 2012; sponsored by Port Lavaca Main Street
Committee. (RG)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept Carson & Barnes Circus Company Check
#21880 in the amount of $1,000 as a deposit to secure the condition of the fairgrounds
after their use. (RG)
11. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Lease Agreement with Pitney Bowes for digital
mailing system (postage meter) for Calhoun County Criminal District Attorney's Office
and authorize Dan Heard to sign. (DH)
12. Public Hearing on the matter of amending the 2011 and 2012 Calhoun County Budgets.
13. Consider and Take Necessary Action on matter of amending the 2011 and 2012 Calhoun
County Budgets. (CM)
