6. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period

7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Proposals for Insurance and Risk
management Consultant Services. (CM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on various insurance policies expiring January 2012 to

establish a $20 change fund for each of the Branch libraries for a total of $60. Purpose is to
