The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on May 12, 20011 at 10:00
a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street,
Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
5. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
May 16, 2011 through June 15, 2011. (CM)
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to change the first meeting in June to June 13, 2011
due to a scheduling conflict. (MP)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for bids for Road Materials for the period beginning July 1, 2011 and
ending December 31, 2011. Bids will be due Thursday, June 2, 2011 and considered for
award on Monday, June 13, 2011. (CM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise forbids for Insecticides for the period beginning July 1, 2011 and
ending. December 31, 2011. Bids will be due Thursday, June 2, 2011 and considered for
award on Monday, June 13, 2011. (CM)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for bids for Asphalts, Oils and Emulsions for the period beginning
July 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011. Bids will be due Thursday, June 2, 2011
and considered for award on Monday, June 13, 2011. (CM)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for Proposals for CIAP Grant Management Services. Bids will be
due Thursday, June 2, 2011 and will be considered for award on Monday, June 13, 2011.

15. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Request by Olivia/Port Alto Volunteer Fire
Department for Authorization to apply to Johnson Foundation for Giant to remount EMS

16. Consider and Take Necessary Action on second of two optional renewals of the Resident
Banking Software, Commissary Service & Fiduciary Management Services contract with
Keefe Commissary Network for the period June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. (EM)
17. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Letter of Interest for Grant Funds for additional
runway lighting at the Calhoun County Airport; and authorize the County Judge and
Commissioner Lyssy to sign all necessary documents. (VL)
