The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on November 10, 2011 at
10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann
Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
November 16, 2011 through December15, 2011. (CM)
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Magnolia Beach Boat Ramp
Improvements and authorize the County Judge to sign all necessary documents. (CM)
Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bids for Prescription Drugs for the
Calhoun County Adult Detention Center for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and
ending December 31, 2012 and authorize the County Judge to sign any necessary
documents. (CM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bids for Prescription Drugs for the
Calhoun County Indigent Program for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending
December 31, 2012 and authorize County Judge to sign any necessary documents. (CM)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Medical Services for the Calhoun
County Adult Detention Center for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending
December 31, 2012 and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract. (CM)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve addendum I to Excess Windstorm
Insurance for Calhoun County for the period beginning January 1, 2012. The bid due
date is corrected to 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 15, 2011 and the date the bids will be
considered for award is corrected to Thursday, December 22, 2011. (CM)
11. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve Addendum 2 to Excess Windstorm
Insurance for Calhoun County for the period beginning January 1, 2012. Addendum 2
will provide additional building information. (CM)

12. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for bids for Asphalts, Oils and Emulsions for the period beginning
January, 2012 and Ending June 30, 2012. Bids will be due Thursday, December 15, 2011
and considered for award on Thursday, December 22, 2011. (CM)
13. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for bids for Insecticides for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and
ending June 30, 2012. Bids will be due Thursday, December 15, 2011 and considered for

14. Consider and Take Necessary Action to approve specifications and authorize the County
Auditor to advertise for bids for Road Materials for the period beginning January 1, 2012
and ending June 30, 2012. Bids will be due Thursday, December 15, 2011 and

15. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Easement Agreement with Keith Schmidt
regarding a portion of Zimmerman Road located in Precinct One and authorize
Commissioner Galvan to sign all necessary documents. (RG)
16. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Alan and Robyn Roberts to bore
under 2857 Stella Street in Port O'Connor, Texas for utilities. (KF)
17. Consider and Take Necessary Action to change the date of the second meeting in
