6. Consider and Take Necessary Action on request by Doug Jenson RV Park to provide
storm drainage and easement on Chocolate Bayou Park and Hwy 238. Mr. Jensen to
provide all materials and rock to maintain proper drainage. (RG)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Xerox Lease agreement for Calhoun County
Court at Law and Authorize Judge Hernandez to sign. (AH)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Order Restricting Certain Fireworks in
Unincorporated Areas of Calhoun County, Texas. (MP)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action to amend the Port O'Connor Community Center
Rules and Regulations. (KF)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept ownership of a 2012 Kenworth tanker
truck SN#2NKHLN9X3CM286889 from Six Mile Community Volunteer Fire
Department. (VL)
11. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept $124.50 from sale of items in the auction
and deposit to Olivia/Port Alto Fire Department's Account. (NF)
12. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept $3,156.00 from the sale of items in the
auction and deposit in Precinct #3's Road and Bridge Account. (NF)

13. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept $1,120 from the sale of items in the
Chamber auction and deposit into the Calhoun County Precinct One Road and Bridge

14. Hear from Dr. Juan Moya with Atkins North America, Inc. regarding progress of the
CMP Calhoun County Master Plan and take any action deemed necessary. (MP)

19. Consider and Take Necessary Action to accept a $200 donation to the Calhoun County
Juvenile Probation Department from Keep Calhoun Beautiful, Inc. (LL)
20. Consider and take necessary action to accept donations to Calhoun County.
21. Consider and Take Necessary Action to declare certain items of County Property in the
Sheriff's Department as Waste and authorize the property to be disposed of as waste.
