a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Port
Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear Report from Memorial Medical Center.
5. Consider and take necessary action on request by Memorial Medical Center to use
1699,956.51 from sale of Dialysis for day-to-day operations of the hospital. (Hospital Board)
6. Consider and take necessary action to approve Addendum 1 to the specifications for the
Remodeling of the Calhoun County Courthouse Annex 11 and the New Calhoun County EMS
Building. (CM)
7. Consider and take necessary action on nomination to the Bay & Basin Stakeholders
Committee for the San Antonio and Aransas Bay Watersheds. (KF)
8. Consider and take necessary action on Contract between Envirotech Carriers, Inc. and
Calhoun County Health Department and authorize County Judge to sign. (Dr. C.)
9. Consider and take necessary action on agreement for Ambulance Services between Memorial
Medical Center and Calhoun County Emergency Medical Services and authorize County
Judge to sign. (HB)
10. Consider and take necessary action to declare Frazer, LTD. A single source for retrofitting
ambulances. (HB)
11. Consider and take necessary action to declare Henry Schein Matrix Medical a single source
for stretchers and stair chairs. (HB)
12. Hear Response Plan from Henry Barber and take any action deemed necessary. (HB)
