a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Port
Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Approve Minutes of January 14, 2016 and January 28, 2016 Meetings.
5. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center.
6. Award bids for Fuel to be delivered for the period February 16, 2016 through March 15, 2016.

7. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Calhoun County E911 FED 2016 Fiscal Year Budget.

8. Hear Report from the Veteran's Council on the progress of the Calhoun County Veteran's
Memorial on the Bayfront. (NF)
9. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Appointment of Local Health Authority. (MP)
10. Consider and Take Necessary Action on Agreement between Calhoun County and Calhoun
County Crimestoppers, authorize payment in the amount of $1,000 and authorize County Judge
to sign. (MP)
11. Consider and Take Necessary Action on contract between Calhoun County and the ARC of
Calhoun County, authorize payment in the amount of $10,000 and authorize County Judge to
sign. (MP)
12. Consider and Take Necessary Action on change to Capital Project 5260-999-73347-999 that
reads Lighting — Little League Park and change to read Improvements — Little League Park.

as surplus/salvage.
18. Consider and Take Necessary Action to transfer metal bookcase with 3 shelves, serial number
436, Inventory number 495-0011- from the County Auditor's Department to Nuisance Ordinance
Enforcement Department. (MP)
19. Consider and take necessary action on matter of transferring certain items of County property
from one County department to another County Department. (See List)
20. Approval of payroll.
