meetings in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211 S. Ann Street, in Port Lavaca,
Texas, July 27- 31, 2009 beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the matter of preparing the
2009 Calendar Year Calhoun County Budget.

The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Budget Hearings for preparing the 2010 Calendar Year Calhoun County
Budgets.
3. General discussion of County matters.
