NOTICE OF MEETINGS
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will hold public
meetings in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211. S. Ann Street, in Port Lavaca,
Texas, August 3, August 6, and August 7, 2009 beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the
matter of preparing the 2009 Calendar Year Calhoun County Budget. .
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Budget Hearings for preparing the 2010 Calendar Year Calhoun County
Budgets.
3. General discussion `of County matters.
