(DEH) 8. Consider and take necessary action to accept a donation to Calhoun County Precinct 1 in the amount of $500.00 to be placed into line item 53992. (DEH) 9. Public Hearing concerning a Petition to Vacate a portion of Outlots 3 and 4, Outblock 3, Port O'Connor Townsite Outlots as recorded in Volume 2, Page 1 of the Deed Records of Calhoun County, Texas. Consider and take necessary action to have funds of $1,906.24 from the City of Seadrift be placed in Precinct 4 R & B account 570-53210, Funds were accepted by Commissioners' Court on May 18, 2022. (GDR) 13. Consider and take necessary action to accept and approve the agreement with Valley View Consultants, LLC and authorize the County Treasurer to sign. Said Agreement will remain in effect until June 30, 2024. (RHM) 14. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the indemnification of the previous Museum Director against personal liability for the loss of county funds in the amount of $171.77 during the period of January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2022. The loss was incurred by the previous officer in their performance of their official duties; however, the loss was not the result of the officer's negligence or criminal action per Local Government Code 157.903. (RHM) 15. Consider and take necessary action to declare the attached list of items from Memorial Medical Center as Surplus/Salvage. (RHM) 16.
