NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
June 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse, 211
S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will
hold a Public Hearing in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, in
Port Lavaca, Texas, on May 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. regarding a Petition to and abandon a
portion of unconstructed public road in the Olivia Townsite described as a 0.08 acre tract
%2 of C Street at 51h Street, the other '/2 previously abandoned further described in the
application.
This notice is in accordance with Section 111.007 and Section 111.0075 of the Texas Local
Government code.
