NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will hold a
Public Hearing in the Commissioners' Courtroom, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, in Port Lavaca,
Texas, on June 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. regarding a Petition to Vacate Lots 57 and 58, Block 1,
Bay Club at Falcon Point Ranch — Phase III and Lots 59, 60, and 61, Block I Replat of Bay Club
at Falcon Point Ranch — Phase III.
The public shall have the right to be present and participate in such hearing.
