WE, the undersigned, Vice President and Secretary, respectively,
of Point Comfort Water Company, a Texas corporation, do hereby certify
that said corporation has acquired or -will acquire certain easements and
rights along the watershed of Coxrs Creek in the Juan Maldonado, Thomas
Sutherland, Thomas Cox and Phillip Dimitt Surveys, Calhoun County, Texas,
and in the Hugh McGuffin League and the J. H. Bell League in Jackson
County, Texas, the area affected by such rights and easements being the
land lying between Coxfs Creek and the 15-foot contour line as set forth
on Drawing No. 485-7F-1 prepared by Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam
consisting of three sheets attached hereto, and said drawing is being filed
for record in the Map Records of Calhoun County, Texas, as a convenient
method of describing the property covered and affected by the -rights
acquired and to be acquired by Point Comfort Water Company.
