THAT we, Tom DeShazor and wife, Lois DeShazor, of Port
Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas, owners in fee of Lots 9, 10
11, 12 and 13 in Block "E" and Lot 3 in Block "F" and Lots
5, 6, 7, and 8 in Block "G" of the DeShazor Park Subdivision
of the M. Sanchez League of Calhoun County, Texas, hereby
file an amended plat known as DeShazor Park Plat No. Four
(4) and change said lots and blocks which are shown only
on said amended plat; and we hereby reaffirm all prior
dedication of public streets and easements to the City of
Port Lavaca, Texas, except for the amended area that has
been dedicated as Bauer Drive; and that we do hereby bind
ourselves, our heirs, and adminstrators to the Subdivision
of lots and blocks as,listed in the amended DeShazor Park
Subdivision, Plat No. Four (4) filed this loth day of
June, A.D. 1957, in Calhoun County Courthouse, Calhoun
County, Texas
