On this the 3rd., day of January, A.D. 1946 the City
Commission, of the City of Port Lavaca, Texas convened in
regular session at the regular meeting place with the follow-
ing members present to -wit;

Absent; None, constituting a quorum for transaction of
business, when among other business the following was trans-
acted;
There came on to be heard and considered the application
of R.E. Key, for approval of the KEY SUB -DIVISION OF THE
W. HALK, 4 acre tract, located within the Corporate Limits of
the City of Port Lavaca, Texas, after due consideration of the
application, A motion was duly made and seconded that the
application be approved and that the County Clerk be, and is
hereby authorized to file the Plat hereto attached to be
placed of record in the records of Calhoun County, Texas.
The motion being put to a vote was declared unanimously
carried..'
