On this the 27, day of November.. A.D..1946, the City Commission,
of the City of Port Lavaca, Texas, convened in special session, with.
the following members.present, to -wit;
F.M. Dudgeon Mayor
F.F. Montier Commissioner
R.E. Key Commissioner
Annie Charbula City Secretary
Absent; None, constituting a quorum, at which time the following
among other business was transacted, to -wit;
The application of Raymond Geryk, for authority to file with
the County Clerk of Calhoun County, Texas, a map Four (4) Blocks
of land in the Tilley's Addition, in the City Limits of Port Lavaca,
Texas, which tracts of land has been subdivided into Fifty six (56)
.lots numbered from 1 to 7- 22 to 28 in Block "A", lots numbered
from 1-to 28-8 to 21, in Block "F", lots known as the Raymond
Geryk Sub -Division No. 1, to the City of Port Lavaca, Texas; And
tirhereas, the City Commission, after due deliberation, is of the
opinion that the Raymond Geryk Sub -Division No. 1, map should be put
of record in Calhoun County, Texas;
On motion duly made, by R.E. Key seconded by F.F. Montier,
Commissioners of the City of.Port Lavaca, Texas, that the application
of Raymond Geryk, be. approved, It is hereby ordered and directed
that the County Clerk of Calhoun County be, and he is hereby authorized
to file the plat shown as Raymond Geryk Sub -Division No. 1, of record
in Calhoun County, Texas, upon his receipt of proper fee for said
re--ording.
