an incorporated City in Calhoun County, Texas, do hereby certify
that the attached plat, a subdivision, consisting of Tracts
Nos. 5 and 6 of the Subdivision of Part of Chris Dierlam, Sr..
Land in the M. Campos League in Calhoun County, Texas, which
is within 5 miles of the said City of Seadrift, was approved
by the City Council of said city as provided by law, suBject to
an easement in favor of the City of Seadrift for an existing
