League of Calhoun County$ Texasi as originally subdivided in
Plat of Record in Vol is Zu_ Page 94 of the Deed Record's of Calhoun
County$ Texas; and certain other lands adjacent thereto includingak
South Wast 9133 feet 4 inch strip out of the Ezzel Subdivision
fully described in deed of record in Volume_-�._pageI'd.;
and by plat of Record in Vol "Z" Page 94$ id., which —
said part
of the Ezzel Subdivision has not been sold out by lots$ that in
order to obtain F.. H. A, approval it is required that the original
street lines be. altered ' so as to unify parts of the Ezzel Sub-
division with the original DeShazor Park Addition for the pro-
tection of the rights of the property owners and the safety of
traffic and that the lots and blocks be'renumbered for the
convenience of the city of Port Lavaca$ Texas for utility service
and tax records, that by resolution duly adopted and recorded
in the minutes of the corporation$ authorizing the withdrawal of
all of Block D; the above described South west strip of the-
Ezzel Subdivision from sale andthat the same be requrveyed,
re -plated and re -recorded as a unified subdivision to be named
the-DeShazor Park Subdivision as per the plat hereto attached
,prepared by .F. B. Lowry as of September 8th, 1948; as approved
for record by -the Board of Commissioners of the City of. Port
Lavaca;r,,Texass as of the 1st day of November; 1948 as attested
by the 'Mayor and City Secretary by Certificate thereon; and
said corporation hereby dedicates to the puplic for public use
all of the streets and easements shown on said plat.

Calhoun County, Texas as originaly subdivided as Lots A. �. C & D
Recorded in Volume Z, rage 94 of The Plat Records of Calhoun
County, Texas, and of the additional acerage as shown by this amended
plat, have by resolution duly adopted and recorded in the minutes
of the Corporation, authorized and have caused this amended extension
to be surveyed and plated by F. B. Lowry, Civil Engineer, and"said
corporation hereby dedicates to the public for public use forever,
all the streets and utility easements shown on this plat.
