That I, STANLEY A. SMITH, Engineer, hereby certify that the
hereto attached map and plat of the Lou Davis Addition out of the
A. Esparza Half League and the M. Sanchez Leage of Calhoun County,
Texas was surveyed by me upon the ground and platted by me on the
20th day of October, A. D. 1948, at the request and authorization
of Mary Stephens, a feme sole, and Betty D. Davies, joined V=
by her husband, T. M. Davies, owners of said Lou Davis Addi-
tion, and that the field notes of said tract are as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the bed of Lynn's Bayou at the
Northeast corner of Farm Lot No. Two (2);
Thence South 230 East 1026.8t to the East Right-ofWay
Line of the Six Mile Highway, the' extension of Virginia
Street of the city of Port Lavaca, Texas;
THENCE South 470 30t East, 785.5 along said Right -of -Way
Line to a stake for the South Corner of said Addition;
