Houston, Harris County, Texas, the sole owner of the Surface $state within the
boundaries of "SUN POINT LAGOON, UNIT TWO", a subdivision of M. Campos Survey
CaAoun County, Texas, ecmprising 7.311 acres of land out of Seadrift Develop-
ment Corporation Tract, M. Campos Survey, Calhoun County, Texas described in deed
from N. A. auintanilla to Seadrift Development Corporation, dated May 23, 1963,
and filed for record June 4, 1963 under Calhoun County Clerk's File No. 85136,
does hereby designate this Subdivision as "SWAN POINT LAGOON; UNIT,TWO"S and does
hereby make subdivision of said property according to the lot lines and streets
shown hereon; and does hereby dedicate to public use as such the streets shown
hereon forever; and do hereby waive any claims for damages occasioned'by estab-
lishing of grades as approved for streets dedicated, or occasioned by'the.alter-
ation of the surface of any portion of streets to conform to such grades; and does
