Q KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF CALHOUN , 0
THAT I, F. E. UNDERHILL, the owner of Block 10 in
the J. M. Turner First Addition to Alamo Beach, now known as
Magnolia Beach, Calhoun County, Texas, do hereby adopt the
attached plan for subdividing same, to be known as "Second
Addition to Underhill Subdivision" and I do declare that all
of the streets shown upon such Plat and Map are dedicated and
the same are hereby dedicated to the Public forever, to be used
as streets; and I do hereby designate said subdivision as
"Second Addition to Underhill Subdivision".
Easements for public utilities are retained and re-
served as shown on said plat.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
CALHOUN COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the llth day of
, 1973, came on
to be considered the application of F. E. Underhill, the owner
June
of Block 10 in the J. M. Turner First'Addition to Alamo Beach,
now known as Magnolia Beach, Calhoun County, Texas, said appli-
cation being in the nature of a proposed dedication of platted
subdivision to be known as Second Addition to Underhill Subdivi=
Sion; and the Court -being in,regular session, having considered
the matter in due order on the -published agenda of said meeting,
and being of the opinion that said dedication and plat have been
properly prepared and presented, it is accordingly ordered that
the plat and dedication of Second Addition to Underhill Subdivi-
sion, a subdivision out of Block 10 in the J. M. Turner First
Addition to Alamo Beach, now known as Magnolia Beach, Calhoun
County, Texas, be and it is hereby APPROVED and said plat and
dedication thereof of said subdivision is hereby ordered recorded
in the Deed and Plat Records of Calhoun County, Texas, to be
entered in Vol. Z , Page 476 of said records.
It is specifically ordered that the streets dedicated
for public use in said subdivision are not accepted for public
maintenance•at this time'because same do not meet the required
minimum standards for acceptance of public maintenance and the. ---
approval of the dedication and plat of Second Addition to Underhill'
:Subdivision shall not be construed to`be an"acceptance of said
streets for public -maintenance until'such time as said streets are
properly prepared and conformed to the minimum requirements as may
be established from time to time and until further order of this
Court.
