Consider and take necessary action on a Petition to Vacate Lots 10 and it in Block 41 and a portion of the abandoned Alamo Beach Boulevard and the Park of the Alamo Beach Townsite recorded in Volume V, Page 1 of the Calhoun County Deed Records. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Preliminary Plat of the CRISP SUBDMSION (a replat of Lots 10 and 11 in Block 41 and a portion of the abandoned Alamo Beach Boulevard and the Park of the Alamo Beach Townsite recorded in Volume V, Page 1 of the Calhoun County Deed Records). Consider and take necessary action to accept the addendum to CINTAS Standard Uniform Rental Service Agreement and authorize Commissioner Lyssy to sign all necessary documents. (VLL) 10. Consider and take necessary action to accept the addendum to CINTAS Standard Uniform Rental Service Agreement and authorize Commissioner Behrens to sign all necessary documents. (JMB) 11. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Specifications and the Invitation to Bid Packet for the Annual Supply Contract for Insecticides for Mosquito Control, Bid Number 2023.01 for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for the bids. Bids will be due before 2:00:00 PM, Wednesday, November 2, 2022. (RHM) 12. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Specifications and the Invitation to Bid Packet for the Annual Supply Contract for Asphalts, Oils and Emulsions, Bid Number 2023.02 for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for the bids. Bids will be due before 2:00:00 PM, Wednesday, November 2, 2022. (RHM) 13. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Specifications and the Invitation to Bid Packet for the Annual Supply Contract for Road Materials, Bid Number 2023.03 for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 and authorize the County Auditor to advertise for the bids. Bids will be due before 2:00:00 PM, Wednesday, November 2, 2022. (RHM) 14. Consider and take necessary action to accept a $500 donation for The Port Lavaca Shrimp Fishery Historical marker from Robert E. and Margaret R Clegg. The marker will overlook the harbor where the original boats were tied. (RHM) 15. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the auction sale of the attached list of vehicles (4 from the Sheriff's Office fleet, 2 abandoned vehicles and 1 seized vehicle). (RHM) 16. Consider and take necessary action to declare miscellaneous office supplies in the County Auditor's Office as waste and authorize disposal of same. 17.
