6. Consider and take necessary action on special membership categories with Texas
County and District Retirement System and enrolling the County District Attorney in the
TCDRS Retirement System. (RHM)
7. Consider and take necessary action to authorize a loan in the amount of $95,000 from
the General Fund to the Grants Fund for CDBG Local Hazard Mitigation Planning
Program. (RHM)
8. Consider and take necessary action to declare the attached list of equipment from
Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 as Waste. (RHM)
