NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
February 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County
Courthouse, 211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will hold a
Public Hearing regarding a Request to Vacate a part of Tract No. 16 of the American Townsite
Company Subdivision recorded in Volume Z, Page 3 of the Calhoun County Plat Records and
recorded in File No. 2022-01323 of the Calhoun County Official Records.
The public shall have the right to be present and participate in such hearing.
