The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
April 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse,
211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will hold a
Public Hearing regarding a Request to Vacate and Abandon a portion of unconstructed public
alley in the Alamo Beach Townsite described as 0.09-acre situated in the Narciso Cavassos
Survey, Abstract No. 3 of Calhoun County, Texas and being a part of the 20.00 foot wide alley in
Block 138 of the Alamo Beach Townsite recorded in Volume V, Page 1 of the Calhoun County
Deed Records, Port Lavaca, Texas further described in the Application. Property Owner is:
D&T River Properties, LLC.
The public shall have the right to be present and participate in such hearing.
