The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on Wednesday,
April 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse,
211 S. Ann Street, Suite 104, Port ]Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calhoun County Commissioners' Court will hold a
Public Hearing regarding a Petition to Vacate 13.97 acres situated in the James Hughson Survey,
Abstract No. 23 of Calhoun County, Texas and being the same property described in deed
recorded in File No. 2023-00268 of the Calhoun County, Texas Official Records.
The public shall have the right to be present and participate in such hearing.
