The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on July 9, 2009 at 10:00
a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street,
Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period
July 16, 2009 through August 15, 2009. (CM)
5. Consider and take necessary action to award the bid for the new Olivia/Port Alto Fire
Station and Authorize County Judge to sign the Contract. (NF)
6. Hear from Gib Fox, Chairperson of the Port O'Connor Centennial Celebration, and take
any action deemed necessary. (KF)
7. Consider and take necessary action on, Renewal of Coastal Lease Agreement No.
CL960002 and Authorize Commissioner Fritsch to sign. (NF)
8. Consider and take necessary action on Contract with Government Payment Service, Inc.
for Credit and Debit Card Payment Services and authorize County Judge to sign. (MP)
9. Consider and take necessary action on Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning. (MP)
10. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Independent Audit Report for the year
ended December 31, 2008 by Rutledge Crain & Co., PC, Certified Public Accountants.

12. Consider and take necessary action on Appointments/reappointments to the General

19. Consider and take action on any necessary budget adjustments.
20. Consider and take necessary action on single source, emergency and public welfare
purchases and bills.
21. Public discussion of County matters.
