2009-05-14NOTICE OF MEETING 1 . The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on May 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas. AGENDA The subject matter of such meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve Minutes of March 26, 2009 and April 9, 2009 and April 23, 2009 Meetings. 5. Hear Report From Memorial Medical Center. 6. Consider and take necessary action on Memorial Medical Center Lease Purchase Agreement regarding the acquisition of a Hitachi MRI System and Authorize Memorial Medical Center ., CEO to sign. (Hospital Board) '1 { 7. Award bids for Fuel to be Delivered and Fuel on Automated Card System for the period May 16, 2009 through June 15, 2009. (CM) 8. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for Resident Banking Software, Commissary Service and Fiduciary management Services for the Calhoun County Adult Detention Center for the period beginning June 1, 2009 and ending May 31, 2010 and authorize County Judge to sign the Contract. Consider and take necessary action to declare professional service exemption to competitive bidding for Medical Services for Calhoun County Adult Detention Center and to authorize the Jail Administrator to continue with Coastal medical Clinic on a month to month basis for the remainder of 2009. (EM) 10. Consider and take necessary action to approve specifications and authorize the County to advertise for bids for Asphalts, Oils and Emulsions, Insecticides/Pesticides, and Road materials for the period beginning July 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009. Bids will be due Thursday, June 4, 2009 and considered for award on Monday, June 15, 2009. (CM) 11. Consider and take necessary action to approve specifications and authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids for the Olivia/Port Alto Fire Station. (NF) 12. Consider and take necessary action to establish June 25, 2009 as date for Public Hearing regarding Petition to vacate a 4.42 acre portion of Outlot 2, Outblock 15, Port O'Connor Townsite Outlots as recorded in Volume 2, Page 1 of the Deed Records of Calhoun County, Texas.
