County Combined Dispatch Facility Project for Calhoun County, Texas and authorize the
county Judge to sign all relevant documents. (DEH)
8. Consider and take necessary action to approve use of GOMESA funds to purchase 2
swing sets: one for Chocolate Bayou Boat Ramp and one for Miller's Point Pavilion, from
Fun Abounds, Inc. for the amount of $3,900.00 each. (DEH)
9. Consider and take necessary action to approve the final plat of Puesta De Sol

10. Consider and take necessary action to install a stop sign on 70 Street at the intersection

12. Consider and take necessary action to appoint Louis (Buzzy) Dillon to the West Side
Calhoun County Navigation District to fill the unexpired term due to the death of William
(Bill) Schustereit. (GDR)
13. Consider and take necessary action to authorize G & W Engineers, Inc. to provide
additional Bid Phase Services for the Memorial Medical Center Roof -and HVAC project in
accordance with the attached agreement Section 2.03. (RHM)
14. Consider and take necessary action to approve the Texas Interlocal Agreement for
becoming a TIPS member and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant
documents. TIPS is The Interlocal Purchasing System, a Purchasing Cooperative. (RHM)
15. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the Elections Administrator to accept a
quote from Victoria Communication Services for an AT&T Unlimited Starter Plan to be in
compliance with Texas Election Code SB 477 effective September 1, 2023. (RHM)

Retirees Health Benefits and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
