The Calhoun County Juvenile Board will meet on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at
the Victoria County Juvenile Justice Center in Victoria, Victoria County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1) Call meeting to order.
2) Reading of the Juvenile Board minutes for the meeting that took place on 08/07/09.
3) Review and take necessary action regarding the 4M Granbury Youth Services, Inc.
Contract for Pre -Adjudication (Detention) and Post Adjudication (Placement) Services.
4) Review and take necessary action regarding the Hays County Juvenile Center Contract
for Pre -Adjudication (Detention) and Post Adjudication (Placement) Services.
5) Review and take necessary action regarding the 4M Rockdale Youth Services, Inc.
Contract for Pre -Adjudication (Detention) and Post Adjudication (Placement) Services as
well as the addendums attached to the contracts.
6) Review and take necessary action regarding the Gulf Coast Trade Center Contract for
Residential Services.
7) Review and take necessary action regarding the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission
Amendment pertaining to the TYC Commitment Reduction Program "Grant C".
8) Review and take necessary action regarding the resolution passed on 08/07/09 pertaining
to the CCJJAEP Boot Camp Program
9) General discussion of Juvenile Probation Department matters.
