SECTION II, in the ALEXANDRO ESPARZA ONE-HALF LEAGUE GRANT, CALHOUN COUNTY, TEXAS; and dedicate to
public use as such the streets,, and easements shown thereon forever; and dohereby waive any claims
for damages occasioned by establishing of grades as approved for the streets dedicated.9 or occasioned
by the alteration of the surface of any portion of streets to conform to such grades; and hereby bind
myself, my heirs, and assigns to warrant and forever defend the title to the land so dedicated.
There is also dedicated for utilitiesanunobstructed aerial easement five (5) feet wide from a
plane twenty (20) feet above the ground upward located adjacent to all easements shown hereon.
Further.t all the property subdivided in the above and fbregoing map shall be restricted in its
.,use, which restrictions shall run with the title to the property, and. shall be enforceable, at the
option of the City of Port Lavaca, by said City or any citizen thereof, by injunctionp as follows:
1. All streets.shall be sixty (60) feet wide and all easements shall be the
width designated in the above and foregoing map.
2, The front building line shall be twenty-five (25) feet, the side building'
