I, Manuela Galindo Rodriguez, hereby make this affidavit for the
purpose of correcting my record of marriage to Ysidro Rodriguez
on the 11th day of May, 1946, I, Manuela Galindo Rodriguez and
Ysidro Rodriguez applied for a marriage license. Due to my
difficulty with the English language, my name was entered upon
our marriage license as Mary Galino instead of the correct spel-
ling of Manuela Galindo. I am the same and identical person who
was married to Ysidro Rodriguez under the name of Mary Galino.
At the time of our marriage I could neither read nor write the
English language. This affidavit is for the sole purpose of
amending my name on the original record of marriage to show my
correct name to be Manuela Galindo instead of Mary Galino.
Attached is a copy of my birth certificate and baptismal certi-
ficate.
Sworn to and subscribed before me, the undersigned authority,
this the 20th day of February, A. D. 1967.
