I Lorenzo Cuellar of Calhoun County, Texas hereby swear that
I raised Ysidro Corpus since he was three (3) years of age.
He was born in Yorktown, Texas on May 15th, 1925 to Gavino
Corpus and Josefa Vela Corpus.
His mother, Josefa Vela Corpus and I were married on September
13th, 1928 and I raised Ysidro as my child and he took my
last name, being Cuellar, however, he was never adopted by me.
Thus, his legal= name is Ysidro Corpus.
When he married on March 15th, 1948 he used the name of
Cuellar and thus I wish to make this affidavit that he was never
adopted by me and his name should read Ysidro Corpus.
